Madi brings her creativity as an artist to the studio through teaching creativity workshops, painting murals on our walls and creating delicious food for our retreats and events.
Teddy "Bear Food" is one of our key practitioners at The Studio. Teddy is a CHEK Holistic Exercise & Lifestyle coach, Yoga teacher and is also an amazing chef. Teddy combines his passion of movement and whole foods to help clients move better and make better food choices that enable them to meet their goals.
Mavourne Georgeson is the operations manager of both Balanced Studio and The Heal Zone. Mav oversees the daily operations of both spaces as well as guiding clients through their intro sessions at The Heal Zone. Mav has an amazing attention to detail, organisation, efficiency, aesthetic and most importantly infusing a room with love and softness.
